1. Order Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

  • Time Frame: You may return items within 1 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging, tags, and certificates (if applicable).
  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made, personalized, engraved, or modified items are not eligible for returns unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or clearance are not eligible for return.

 

Steps to Initiate a Return

  • Contact Us: Before returning an item, please contact our customer service team at support@gemdekho.com within 1 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
  • Approval: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the item.
  • Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing insurance to protect your return shipment.

2. Payment Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

  • Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it. If the item meets our return eligibility criteria, we will process your refund.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Processing Time: Please allow 7 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

 

3. Exchanges

  • Product Availability: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us at support@gemdekho.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • Exchange Process: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the exchange. Any difference in price between the original item and the new item will be charged or refunded as applicable.

 

4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Notification: If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please notify us immediately at support@gemdekho.com or +919351889872 within 1 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the damage or defect.
  • Resolution: We will work with you to resolve the issue, either by offering a replacement or issuing a full refund, including any shipping costs incurred.

 

5. Order Cancellations

  • Refund for Canceled Orders: If the order is canceled before shipment, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
